Yoga therapy isn't about performance or perfect postures—it's about you. It's about your nervous system, your breath, your experience in the moment. My focus is on Yin Yoga, a calm, profound practice that guides body and mind into relaxation and addresses the fascial tissue in a mindful way. Here, you can let go—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Yin Yoga acts like an invitation to your entire system: slow, quiet, deep, and healing.

Yoga tailored to you

I offer yoga therapy in a one-on-one setting, so you have space to work at your own pace and focus on your specific issues. Each session is tailored to you, your body, and your current life situation. Whether you're experiencing physical discomfort, exhaustion, inner restlessness, or simply a desire for greater connection—together we'll find your practice. One session: €70

Yoga on the water

If you want to experience body awareness, balance, and lightness in a whole new way, I invite you to SUP yoga on the water. On a stand-up paddleboard, every movement becomes more mindful, every breath more conscious – carried by nature, sun, and waves. No previous experience is necessary, just a love of feeling and a desire to try something new. Every Monday at 9:00 a.m. during the season, €35 (includes paddleboard) ☀️

I offer Yin Yoga group classes occasionally and upon request—for example, as part of workshops or small retreats. If you are interested in practicing with a small group of women, please feel free to contact me.

Yoga therapy is not a “workout.”
