Bodywork that goes deeper – and brings you back to yourself
My practice isn't about "eliminating" symptoms. It's about understanding why they're there. Your body speaks to you—through tension, pain, exhaustion, or inner restlessness. And that's where our journey together begins.
I work with what's present right now. With what you feel—and sometimes with what you can't yet feel. Through mindful touch, conscious movement, and the invitation to self-awareness, a space is created in which you can feel yourself again. Without pressure. Without a goal. But with a deep focus on real, lasting change.
My body therapy is solution-oriented, profound, and loving at the same time. It combines knowledge of the body with the wisdom of life. I am not a traditional therapist. I am a companion, a listener, a source of inspiration. And always at your level.
Because I firmly believe that healing doesn't happen through technology, but through connection.
This is what you can expect from me:
Holism
Body and mind belong inseparably together – and that is exactly what I connect in my work: through movement, touch, breath and conscious feeling.
For me, holistic thinking means more than just seeing the body as a whole. Diet, daily life, thoughts, and emotional stress also flow into the healing process. Because real change occurs when everything interacts.
Sensitivity
Thanks to my own experiences, I can empathize with your situation and respond accordingly. I don't offer one-size-fits-all coaching or "clever" advice derived from old sayings.
individuality
I've experienced firsthand how important it is for one's own healing to be truly seen and understood. Every healing path is completely individual. Therefore, it's my goal to address your specific needs.
Value-free
It's very important to me that you can be yourself in my coaching sessions and express what's on your mind. I don't judge, because all that matters to me is your individual healing journey.

When your body sends signals, it's worth listening.
I support people who suffer from physical ailments – whether acute or chronic pain, tension, restricted mobility, or stress-related symptoms. Perhaps your body is currently struggling to find peace. Perhaps you feel immobile, in your body or in your life. Then it's worth taking a closer look.
My physiotherapy work combines in-depth knowledge of anatomy, movement patterns, and pain mechanisms with a deep understanding of the human being as a whole. Because behind every physical limitation there is often more than just a "blocked joint" or a tense muscle.
I work individually, mindfully, and root-focused, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes. This involves much more than just "treatment": It's about guiding you back to your strength, your mobility, and your self-awareness.
Women, in particular, find a safe space with me to regain balance both physically and emotionally. For example, after pregnancy, during hormonal transitions, or when experiencing exhaustion.
You don't have to know exactly what's wrong with you. You can simply be there, and together we'll find out what your body needs to regain balance.
