Psychological counseling

Find clarity. Recognize patterns. Break new ground.

Sometimes your thoughts go in circles. Sometimes life feels difficult – even though "everything should be okay." And sometimes you just feel like things can't go on the way they are.

In such moments, it can be healing to have a safe space—free from judgments, diagnoses, or well-intentioned advice. A space where you can look honestly. That's exactly what I offer you in my psychological counseling.

🤍 What awaits you

I will accompany you empathetically, clearly, and solution-oriented—with great sensitivity for your life story, your emotions, and the underlying patterns that have shaped you. I work with a combination of conversation, body awareness, and inner clarification. Because what we feel in our bodies often reveals more truth than what we think.

Topics people come to me with:

  • Emotional exhaustion, restlessness, inner emptiness
  • Self-doubt, excessive demands, decision-making conflicts
  • Fears
  • Separation processes (e.g. after separation, professional upheaval)
  • psychosomatic disorders
  • Desire for more self-confidence, clarity and joy of life
  • The quiet call for change – without knowing where exactly

Who is the consultation suitable for?

For all those who don't want to be "treated" but want to understand themselves better. For people who don't want to wait for a diagnosis to get help. For women (and men) who want to reconnect—with themselves, with their bodies, with life.

You don’t need any prerequisites or previous experience – just the willingness to face yourself.

What you should know:

  • Psychological counseling does not replace psychotherapy in the medical sense
  • However, it can be a valuable accompaniment – preventative, supportive or as a new impulse in transition phases
  • Duration, frequency and depth depend entirely on your individual process
  • Single lesson (75€) or 6-lesson package (420€) possible

You don't have to know where to start. Just come with what's there, and we'll walk the path together.
